Choose your one-time or weekly lead package and complete the short order form. You’ll also tell us which hours you’re available to take inbound calls. The more hours you’re open, the more volume you can receive.

📋 2. Set Your Call Routing Preferences

We’ll assign you a dedicated phone number that routes calls directly to you. You can save this number in your caller ID so you always know when an inbound lead is coming through. Calls can be delivered to your cell phone or your CRM number — whichever you prefer.

🎓 3. Confirm Your Licensing in Our Call States

Inbound calls currently run in the following states: AZ, FL, MO, SC, TX, IN, OH. You must be licensed in any state you want to receive calls from. This ensures every caller meets your licensing requirements.

📞 4. Activate Your Call Window

Once everything is set, we’ll activate your call schedule based on the hours you selected. You can take calls Monday through Saturday during your chosen availability.

🚀 5. Calls Begin Within 48 Hours

Your inbound calls will begin flowing in within 48 hours of your lead order. Each call is exclusive to you (unless you don't pick up) and must last 90+ seconds to qualify.

Will I receive help setting up my account?

Yes. Not only will you go through an onboarding course, but when you sign up we will schedule a Zoom consultation to make sure everything is set up and your ads go live.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime, although we strongly recommend you are ready to commit at least 90 days to running your own ads.

Do you control my ads or do I?

They are your ads and you're in control, but we will handle everything for you. We offer hands on setup, support, and help along the way.

Are there additional charges?

Besides the set up fee and monthly subscription, you are responsible for your own ad cost, which you will determine. We recommend you have a budget of at least $50/day to run your ads, although more is better. NextLevel CRM subscription is a separate charge.

What if I don't have a business Facebook account?

Our onboarding course will walk you through creating one.

How do I receive customer support?

You can email us at help@nextlevelcrm.io or jump on one of our weekly support call slots! We also host a weekly update call on Wednesdays at 10am PST/1pm EST.
